挂浮线治疗高位复杂性肛瘘临床研究

目的比较低位切开高位挂浮线与挂橡皮筋并紧线治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效,探讨高位复杂性肛瘘的治疗原则及方法。方法将106例复杂性肛瘘患者分为2组:挂浮线组51例采用低位切开高位挂浮线术式,挂橡皮筋组55例采用低位切开挂线(橡皮筋)紧线术,术后跟踪随访治愈、复发及术后并发症等。结果挂浮线组治愈率为96%,平均愈合时间32 d,未出现肛门功能损伤者,不能耐受手术痛苦3例;挂橡皮筋紧线组治愈率为93%,平均愈合时间35 d,肛门功能受损5例,不能耐受手术痛苦31例。挂浮线组治愈率高,愈合时间短,并发症少,术后痛苦小。结论低位切开高位挂浮线是治疗复杂性肛瘘的理想术式。

Clinical study on treatment with hanging floating thread for high post and complexity anal fistula

Objective It is to compare the effect of slicing from low location and hanging floating thread method and hanging and tightening the rubber band method on high post and complexity anal fistula,to discuss the treating principle and method for the disease.Methods 106 patients with complexity anus fistula were divided into 2 groups: hanging floating thread group's(51cases) operation manner was carving in low position and hanging floating thread in high.Hanging elastic group's(55 cases) operation manner was carving in low position and hanging elastic on high and tightening the elastic.Healing,relapse and complication and so on were observed according to following and visiting after operation.Results The healing rate of hanging floating thread group was 96%,average heal time was 32 days,no patients with anus function damage was found.3 patients couldn't tolerate operation pain.The healing rate of hanging elastic group was 92%, average heal time was 35 days.There were 5 patients with anus function damage, 31 patients couldn't tolerate the pain.Conclusion Slicing from low location and hanging floating thread method is an ideal operation for complexity anal fistula.
