摘    要:目的探讨心肌做功指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能的价值。方法对35例尿毒症患者(A组)和28例正常对照组(B组)行左心结构和功能检测,并测量左心心肌做功指数(MPI)。结果收缩功能指标2组无显著性差异。舒张功能指标二尖瓣血流峰速(MVE)、左室等容舒张时间(IRT)尿毒症组较对照组增大,E/A比值尿毒症组较对照组减小。MVE减速时间(MVEDT)2组无显著性差异。左心MPI尿毒症组较对照组增大,并与IRT呈正相关,与左室射血时间(LVET)呈负相关。结论 MPI能够有效、综合地评价尿毒症患者左心室收缩、舒张功能。

Abstract:Objective It is to investigate the applied value of myocardial performance index(MPI) on the evaluation of ventricular function in patients with uremia1.Methods The left ventricular structure and function of 35 patients with uremia(group A) and 28 normal persons(group B) were measured,their left ventricular MPI were calculated.Results There were no significant difference in systolic function parameters between two groups.Diastolic function parameters including MVE at mitral orifice and isovolumic relaxation time(IRT) of group A were bigger than that of group B.The value of E/A of group A was smaller than that of group B.There was no difference in MVE deceleration time(MVEDT) between two groups.Left ventricular MPI of group A was bigger than that of group B,it had positive relative with IRT,and negative relative with left ventricular ejection time(LVET).Conclusion MPI can effectively,synthetically evaluate left ventricular total function in patients with uremia.
