小白鼠建立铅、砷、氟中毒动物模型造模前血红蛋白测定结果分析

摘    要:目的比较多批中毒动物模型造模前血红蛋白以及不同时间取血、不同体质量对小鼠血红蛋白测定结果的影响。方法取203只昆明种健康小白鼠,分5批于不同时间做铅染毒、砷染毒及氟染毒动物造模,然后进行中药治疗实验,用氰化高铁血红蛋白(HICN)法,测定造模前后各批小鼠血红蛋白,比较各批之间血红蛋白和批内各组间血红蛋白差异以及相隔不同时间取血测定、不同体质量间血红蛋白差异。结果造模前各批间血红蛋白有显著性差异(P<0.01);批内各组间血红蛋白无显著性差异(P>0.05);取血相隔时间较短的14 d和40 d有显著性差异,取血相隔时间较长的90 d无显著性差异。结论同批不同组间正常小鼠血红蛋白无明显差异,但各批间有明显差异,取血相隔时间过短,血红蛋白偏低,但与体质量无关。

Abstract:Objective It is to compare the effects on hemoglobin of non model-made,different time and different weight among several separates batches of mice.Methods 203 Kunming healthy mice were divided into 5 batches,which would be poisoned with plumbum(Pb),arsenic(As) and fluorine(F) to make models in different time,and then treated with Chinese herbal medicine.Hemoglobin before and after model-made was determined with HICN methods.The difference in hemoglobin among different batches,different groups in the same batch,mice of different time and different weight was compared.Results There was significant difference in hemoglobin among different batches(P<0.01),but no significant difference among the groups in the same batch(P>0.05).There was also significant difference in hemoglobin between short interval such as 14 and 40 days,but no significant difference in long interval such as 90 days.Conclusion There was no significant difference in hemoglobin of normal mice among the different groups in the same batches,but a significant difference among different batches.Hemoglobin was on the low side in a short interval of getting blood,but non-business with weight.
