老年乳腺癌患者术后并发症的临床分析

目的探讨老年乳腺癌术后并发症的临床特点及防治措施。方法回顾性分析98例老年乳腺癌患者术后并发症的临床资料,并选择同期青年乳腺癌患者33例作对照。结果老年组术后并发症的总例次为65例占66%,较同期青年组术后并发症率高(P<0.05);老年组中术前有共存病的患者术后并发症的发生率高于手术前无共存病患者,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论老年乳腺癌术后最主要的并发症仍然是皮瓣坏死、上肢功能受限、皮下积液等。充分的术前准备、合适的术中处理、正确的术后治疗是老年乳腺癌治疗的关键,可降低并发症的发生率。

Clinical analysis of postoperative complication of breast cancer old patients with breast cancer

Objective It is to approach the clinical characteristic and the prevention for the postoperative complication of old patients with breast cancer.Methods The clinic data of postoperative complication of 98 old patients with breast cancer was reviewed.And 33 young patients were surveyed as control during the same period.Results 65 cases in old patient group had postoperative complication of breast cancer.The incidence was 66%(65/98),and it was more than that in young patient group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complication with other diseases before operation was more than that without other diseases in old patients group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The main postoperative complication of breast cancer in old patients are skin-graft necrosis,limitation of arm function,subcutaneous dropsy et al. Sufficient preparation before operation,appropriate treatment in and after operation are the key point of the therapy of old patients with breast cancer,which may prevent the postoperative complication of breast cancer.
