先兆流产的治疗及其妊娠结局

目的 :探讨先兆流产的治疗方法及其妊娠结局。方法 :采用口服孕康口服液 (服药组 )和肌注黄体酮 (肌注组 )治疗先兆流产 16 0例 ,对比观察其疗效 ,并将 15 7例继续妊娠的先兆流产与 10 0例无妊娠早期出血孕产妇对照观察其妊娠结局。结果 :服药组有效率为 98.75 % ,肌注组为 97.5 0 % ,两组间无显著性差异 ;妊娠结局的比较 ,先兆流产与对照组亦无显著性差异 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 :口服孕康口服液与肌注黄体酮治疗先兆流产均有良好疗效 ,先兆流产对其妊娠结局无明显影响。

Treatment of threatened abortion and pregnancy outcome

Objective: It is to investigate the treatment method of threatened abortion and its pregnancy outcome. Methods: One hundred and sixty threatened abortion patients were divided into per os group and intramuscular injection group. The patients in per os group were treated with YunKang per os and the patients in intramuscular injection group were treated with provera intramuscular injection. The effectiveness of the two groups were observed and compared. And the pregnancy outcome of 157 continuing pregnancy threatened abortion patients and 100 unbleeding early-pregnancy women were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate in per os group was 98.75% and that in intramuscular injection group was 97.50%. There was no notable difference between the two groups. The pregnancy outcome had no notable difference between threatened abortion group and contrast group (P>0.05). Conclusion: It has good effect that threatened abortion was treated with YunKang per os or HuangTiTong intramuscular injection. And threatened abortion has no side effect on pregnancy outcome.
