白细胞介素-2和白细胞介素-10在结肠癌患者结肠黏膜的表达及意义

目的研究结肠癌患者结肠黏膜中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的表达并探讨其临床应用价值。方法采用免疫组化法检测结肠癌患者结肠黏膜及癌旁组织中IL-2,IL-10的表达情况。结果结肠癌组织中IL-2染色阳性44例占67%,IL-10染色阳性40例占61%;而在癌旁组织中,IL-2染色阳性17例占26%,IL-10染色阳性22例占33%,癌上皮细胞IL-2、IL-10的表达均高于对照癌旁组织(P均<0.001)。IL-2和IL-10表达水平与结肠癌临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病理分级均呈显著正相关(P均<0.01)。结论检测IL-2、IL-10的表达可作为判断结肠癌恶性程度有价值的指标。

Expression and significances of interleukin - 2 and interleukin - 10 in colonic mucosa of colon cancer patients

Objective It is to investigate the expression of interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in colonic mucosa of colon cancer patients and study their relationships with colon cancer.Methods The expression of IL-2 and IL-10 of colonic mucosa and their peritumoral tissue in 66 patients with colon cancer were detected by Immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rates of IL-2 and IL-10 were 67%(44/66) and 60%(40/66) respectively.Similarly,26%(17/66) expression of IL-2 and 33%(22/66) expression of IL-10 in their peritumoral tissue.In carcinoma cells,the expression of IL-2 and IL-10 in all of carcinoma samples in situ were higher than their peritumoral tissue(P<0.01).The significant positive correlations existed between expression of IL-2,IL-10 and the following factors: clinical stages,invasive depth,regional lymph node metastasis,histologic grades(P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of IL-2 and IL-10 expression is helpful in assessing the malignant degrees of colon cancer.
