壳聚糖对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血脂、胆固醇含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察壳聚糖对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血脂及血清胆固醇的影响。方法取SD大鼠50只,随机分为正常空白组、糖尿病模型对照组及壳聚糖治疗组、壳聚糖对照组及药物治疗组,除正常空白组和壳聚糖对照组外其他各组均采用高能量饮食4周后加小剂量一次性腹腔注射STZ的方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型;每组大鼠在注射STZ后每2周1次尾静脉取血测空腹血糖、血清胆固醇和三酰甘油(TG)的含量。结果采用高能量饮食加STZ所诱发的2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、血清胆固醇和TG明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05或0.01),壳聚糖可降低2型糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖、血清胆固醇和TG浓度,与模型组同期比较有明显改善(P<0.05或0.01),接近药物治疗组(P均>0.05);而壳聚糖对正常大鼠血糖无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病大鼠血糖增高可能引起血脂、血清胆固醇升高,壳聚糖能有效地降低2型糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖、血清胆固醇和TG浓度,改善2型糖尿病病变。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the influence of chitosan on blood glucose and serum lipoprotein in diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin(STZ).Methods All rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal blank group,model group,chitosan control group,chitosan treatment group and medicine treatment group.Besides blank control group and chitosan control group,others were established as type 2 diabetes model by high-energy diet for 4 weeks and lower dose injected with intraperitoneal STZ.Blood glucose and serum cholesterol and triglyceridce(TG) contents in rats were detected two weekly in caudal venous blood after STZ injection.Results The levels of blood glucose and serum cholesterol and TG of the diabetic model rats induced by enrich-diet and STZ were higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.05 or 0.01),chitosan Could improved the above changes,those were significant deviation to compare with the model group(P<0.05 or 0.01),it was same with medicine treatment group(P>0.05),and chitosan have non conspicuous influenced over blood glucose contents of the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion The higher level of blood glucose in type 2 diabetes model rats can increase the levels of serum lipoprotein and TG.Chitosan may efficiently treat type 2 diabetes rats by reducing the levels of blood glucose,serum lipoprotein an TG.
