| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药物和高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发脑病的临床效果。方法将50例急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发脑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予烟酸、纳洛酮、脑活素及高压氧治疗,对照组给予高压氧治疗。结果治疗组25例痊愈16例,显效6例,进步2例,总有效率96%,无效1例,死亡0例。对照组25例痊愈9例,显效2例,进步2例,总有效率52%,无效10例,死亡2例。结论应用烟酸、纳洛酮、脑活素及高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发脑病,可以提高救治成功率,降低致残率和病死率,是比较有效的治疗方案。
