| 摘 要： | 目的 观察藻酸双酯钠与复方丹参对血液流变学的影响。方法 血液黏稠度高的住院患者 15 6例 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别用藻酸双酯钠 15 0mg/d ,复方丹参注射液 4 0 g/d ,复方丹参注射液 2 0 g/d治疗 2 0d。结果 藻酸双酯钠与大剂量复方丹参有明显降低血液黏稠度作用 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 藻酸双酯钠与大剂量复方丹参能明显降低血液黏稠度 ,是预防治疗血栓性疾病的重要药物 ,副作用轻 ,价格低。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the effect of polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) and Composite Salvia injection on hemorheology indexes. Methods 165 inpatients with hyperviscosity blood syndrome were randomly divided into three groups, which were respectively treated with PSS 150mg per day, Composite Salvia injection 40mg per day and Composite Salvia injection 20mg per day for 20 days as a course. Results PSS and high dose of Composite Salvia injection had obvious decreasing blood viscosity effect ( P <0.05). Conclusion With minor side effect and low price, PSS and high dose of Composite Salvia injection can obviously decrease blood viscosity and can be regarded as important drug to prevent and treat thrombosis. |
