糖脂消降糖调脂作用的研究

目的　观察糖脂消的临床疗效 ,初步探讨其作用机制。方法　糖尿病、血脂异常治疗组分别予糖脂消胶囊治疗。两个对照组分别予达美康、藻酸双酯钠治疗 ,对照其疗效。结果　治疗组在改善临床症状、降低空腹血糖、改善胰岛素、敏感指数、降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、降压等方面明显优于对照组。结论　糖脂消有明显的改善症状、降糖调脂、降低血压等作用 ,与其加强糖的利用、降低空腹胰岛素 (FINS)、改善胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)有关

Study of Tangzhixiao on blood sugar and lipid content adjusting

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Tangzhixiao and research its mechanism. Methods Diabetic group and abnormal blood lipid group were treated with Tangzhixiao capsule and two control groups were treated with Gliclazide and Alginric Sodium Diester respectively. Curative effects of treatment and control groups were compared. Results In treatment groups, clinical symptoms were alleviated, famine plasma glucose content was dropped, insulin sensitive index was improved, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol greatly decreased, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased and blood pressure decreased. The curative effect of treatment group was prior to that of control group. Conclusion Tangzhixiao capsule can obviously alleviate symptoms, decrease FPG and adjust lipid content. It is able to lower blood pressure. Its function mentioned above all relate to the use of FPG, drop of famine insulin content and improvement of ISI.
