洛伐他汀与非诺贝特治疗高脂血症临床疗效观察

目的：研究国产洛伐他汀对高脂血症患者血脂代谢的影响，并与非诺贝特进行比较。方法：将６０例患者随机分为治疗组（洛伐他汀）３０例，对照组（非诺贝特）３０例；治疗组口服洛伐他汀胶囊，每日 １粒，晚餐时一次顿服，对照组口服非诺贝特，每次１片（０．１ｇ），每日 ３次；均服药４周，观察患者体质量、血压、心率及血清脂质（ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ—Ｃ、ＴＣ—ＨＤＬ－Ｃ／ＨＤＬ—Ｃ）的变化。结果：患者体质量、血压、心率治疗前后比较Ｐ ＜０．０５，两组治疗后比较Ｐ ＜０．０５；患者血清脂质治疗前后比较Ｐ＜０．０１，两组治疗后比较Ｐ＜０．０５；治疗组临床控制、显效、有效率分别为３０％、４３．３３％、２０％，总有效率为９３．３３％；对照组临床控制、显效、有效率分别为１６．６７％、１６．６７％、５０％，总有效率为８３．３３％。两组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ ＜０． ０５）。提示洛伐他汀在治疗高脂血症有较好的临床疗效，且优于对照组。结论：国产洛伐他汀调血脂作用疗效肯定，临床使用安全可靠，为一较好的调血脂药物。

Clinical observation on treatments of Lovastatin and Fenofibrate in treating hyperlipemia

Objective: It is to study Lovastatin's effect to blood -lipid metabolism in treating hyperlipemia and compare with the treatment of Fenofibrate. Methods: 60 cases of hyperlipmia were divided into treating group (Lovastatin, 30 cases) and control group (Fenofibrate, 30 cases) randomly.
