| 摘 要： | 目的 观察海珠益肝胶囊治疗HBV前C区突变慢性乙肝患者的近期疗效。方法观察海珠益肝胶囊治疗 32例HBV突变株患者的疗效 ,并同野生株组做对照 ,比较 2组肝功能、HBV -DNA定量和近期应答率的变化。结果 2组治疗后肝功能复常率、近期应答率及HBV-DNA定量下降程度相近 ,经统计学比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 海珠益肝胶囊对HBV前C区突变株及野生株均有作用 ,2组的近期疗效相似

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the short-term curative effect of Haizhu Yigan capsule on chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV pre-C gene mutation.Methods The curative effect of Haizhu Yigan capsule on 32 patients with HBV pre-C mutants was observed and compared with the wild type group. The changes of liver function, HBV-DNA content and short-term response rate in the two groups were observed.Results The liver function getting right rate, short-term response rate and HBV-DNA content in the two groups was similar, and there was no obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Haizhu Yigan capsule has effect on both HBV pre-C mutants and wild type. The short-term curative effect of the two groups is similar. |
