益髓解毒方对骨髓增生异常综合征骨髓细胞治疗反应性的体外研究

目的 :探讨益髓解毒方治疗骨髓增生异常综合征 -难治性贫血 ( MDS-RA)的作用机理。方法 :通过体外培养 ,观察 MDS-RA患者骨髓单个核细胞经益髓解毒方不同剂量作用后 ,细胞增殖、凋亡的变化。结果 :MDS-RA骨髓单个核细胞在培养的第 4天细胞凋亡明显增加 ,高凋亡发生在细胞分裂的 S期。益髓解毒方大剂量组对细胞凋亡有直接的抑制作用 ,经其处理过的骨髓单个核细胞体外培养 CFU -GM集落数增加。结论 :益髓解毒方有明显促进造血祖细胞增殖、抑制过度凋亡的作用。

Vitro study of reaction of Yisuijiedu recipe on bone marrow cells of mycelodysplastic syndrome

Objective:It is to explore the mechanism of Yisuijiedu recipe on refractory anemia of myelodysplastic syndrome. Methods: Through cell culture in vitro, the changes of the cell proliferation and apoptosis were observed after the treatment of different dose of Yisuijiedu recipe on the BMMNC of MDS-RA. Results: In the BMMNC of MDS-RA cultivated fourth days, the cell apoptosis was obviously increased and high apoptosis occured in cell mitosis S stage. The large dose of Yisuijiedu recipe inhibited the cell apoptosis directly and increased the CFU-GM of BMMNC. Conclusion:Yisuijiedu recipe can increase the proliferation and inhibit the apoptosis of the hematopoietic cells.
