2型糖尿病合并脑梗死危险因素的研究

目的分析2型糖尿病患者合并脑梗死的危险因素。方法选择在我院住院诊断为2型糖尿病患者712例,以合并脑梗死者106例作为病例组,无合并脑梗死者606例作为对照组,比较2组间危险因素的差异。结果多因素Logistic分析显示,吸烟、暴饮暴食、高血压病史、冠心病病史、用药不规则、血糖控制欠佳、TG≥2.6 mmol/L、LDL-C≥3.36 mmol/L、HDL-C≤0.91 mmol/L是2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的危险因素。结论为了控制2型糖尿病合并脑梗死应该提倡戒烟、控制饮食、控制血压及血糖,调控血脂水平。

Study of risk factor of type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction

Objective It is to analyze the risk factor of type 2 diabetes patients combined with cerebral infarction.Methods 712 patients with diabetes were chosen from our hospital.106 cases of the total who were combined with cerebral infarction were as case group,and the other 606 cases who were not combined with cerebral infarction were as control group.The difference of the risk factor between the two groups was compared.Results Multiple factor Logistic analysis showed that smoking,Binge overeating,hypertension history,coronary heart disease history,abnormity use of drugs,lack of well control of blood sugar,TG≥2.6 mmol/L,LDL-C≥3.36 mmol/L and HDL-C≤0.91 mmol/L were the risk factors of type 2 diabetes combined with cerebral infarction.Conclusion To control type 2 diabetes combined with cerebral infarction ought to advocate stop smoking,control food and drink,control blood pressure and blood sugar and regulate the level of blood fat.
