| 摘 要： | 目的 :五子衍宗丸合加味肾气丸对男性肾阳虚不育症患者精子 DN A的影响。方法 :用流式细胞仪分析患者精液 DNA,从 DN A的单倍体量、二倍体量及多倍体数量来判断精液的质量以及服五子衍宗丸合加味肾气丸后对精液质量的改善。结果 :服用五子衍宗丸合加味肾气丸十二周后 ,使男性肾阳虚不育症 DNA单倍体数目明显增多。结论 :五子衍宗丸合加味肾气丸能改善男性肾阳虚患者的精子质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to observe the effect of Wuziyanzong pill and Jiaweishenqi pill on the sperm DNA of the patients with kidney yang deficiency and male infertility. Methods: The sperm DNA were analyzed with the flow cytometer. It was from the quantity of haploid, diploid and polyploid of DNA to judge the quality of sperm and its improvement after treatment. Results: After treatment for twelve weeks, the quantity of haploid was increased significantly. Conclusion:Wuziyanzong pill and Jiaweishenqi pill can improve the sperm quality of the patients with kidney yang deficiency and male infertility. |
