| 摘 要： | 目的观察半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效。方法将颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者随机分为2组,治疗组28例采用半夏白术天麻汤治疗,对照组25例单用西药阿托伐他汀治疗,疗程均为20周。结果治疗后治疗组患者临床症状明显改善,动脉硬化指数(AI)降低,颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块体积缩小,平均血流速度(Vmean)增加,搏动指数(PI)降低。与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤有抗动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery.Methods 53 cases of patients with atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(28 cases) was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and the control group with Atorvastatin only.Both the treatment courses were 20 weeks.Results After treatment the clinical symptoms of the patients in treatment group were obviously improved,atherogenic index(AI),IMT,plaque volume and pulsatility index(PI) were decreased,while mean blood flow rate was increased.Compared with the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction has an anti-function on atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery. |
