| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗原发性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法30例抑郁症患者均采用针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗,疗程6周。观察治疗前及治疗1,2,4,6周及治疗结束4周后HAMD量表、SDS量表总评分变化情况。结果治疗总有效率为93%;HAMD量表总分、SDS量表总分在治疗1周末即有显著降低,随着治疗的继续,两个量表的评分在第2,4,6周末及第10周随访时仍然继续下降。结论针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症起效较快,疗效稳定、持续。
