心理诱导联合足三里按摩促进术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

目的探讨心理诱导联合足三里按摩对术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择2007年9月—2008年12月腹部手术术后患者161例并随机分为2组,均给予常规护理和术后6 h后足三里穴位按摩5 min,早、中、晚各1次,在此基础上,实验组给予心理诱导。观察2组患者术后腹胀情况、肠鸣音恢复时间及首次肛门排气、排便时间。结果实验组患者术后腹胀程度较对照组显著减轻(P<0.05),肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均较对照组显著提前(P均<0.05)。结论心理诱导联合足三里按摩可明显促进术后胃肠功能恢复。

Study on combination of psychological induction and point massage of Zusanli in gastrointestinal function recovery postoperatively

Objective It is to approach the influence of the combination of psychological induction and point massage of Zusanli in gastrointestinal function recovery postoperatively.Methods From September 2007 to December 2008,161 patients after abdominal operation were randomly divided into two groups.After operation,all patients were cared routinely,then after 6 hours,all patients were treated with point massage of Zusanli for 5 minutes 3 times a day.The patients in experimental group were treated with psychological induction extra.The degrees of abdominal distension in both groups were evaluated,and the time of bowel sound recovery and the first passage of gas by anus and the first cacation were recorded.Results The degrees of abdominal distension in experimental group was slighter than in control group(P<0.05).The time of bowel sound recovery and the first passage of gas by anus and the first cacation in experimental was statistically earlier than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological induction and point massage of Zusanli could obviously hasten the gastrointestinal function recovery postoperatively.
