头针结合体针缓解腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的研究

目的观察头针结合体针缓解腰椎间盘突出症所致下肢疼痛及腰痛的临床疗效。方法将41例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为体针+头针组和体针组,体针+头针组给予针刺足运感区,并配合针刺病变椎间盘旁的背俞穴及突出椎间盘刺激的神经支配区域的穴位;体针组仅给予常规毫针针刺体穴。采用视觉模拟评分法评定下肢及腰痛的程度。结果体针+头针组在2次治疗后,体针组在4次治疗后,下肢疼痛VAS分值显著降低(P<0.05);2组均在4次治疗后,下肢疼痛VAS分值显著降低(P<0.05),但体针+头针组VAS减少值显著高于体针组(P<0.05);1个疗程后,2组下肢疼痛及腰痛VAS分值均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05和0.01),且体针+头针组VAS减少值显著高于体针组(P<0.05)。结论单纯体针治疗和体针配合头针治疗均能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出所致下肢疼痛及腰痛,而头针配合体针治疗起效时间短,镇痛效果显著优于单纯体针治疗。

Study of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in releasing pain caused by lumbar disc herniation

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in releasing the pain caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods 41 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and body acupuncture group,which treated with filiform needle at the foot motor sensory area in head and body points or body points respectively.The visual analogous scale(VAS) was used for evaluating the pain.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the VAS score of leg pain was significantly decreased after 2 times of treatment in scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group,and after 4 times of treatment in body acupuncture group(P<0.05).Both the VAS score of lumbago in two groups were significantly decreased after 4 time of treatment(P<0.05),but the different in scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in body acupuncture group(P<0.05).After 1 course treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were significantly lower than that in pre-treatment(P<0.05 and 0.01),and the difference of VAS in scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in body group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain caused by lumbar disc herniation can be effectively relieved by Needling at the foot motor sensory area in head and body points,which has shorter onset time and more obvious effect than only needling the body points.
