云南红药胶囊对股骨颈骨折术后继发股骨头坏死的预防作用

目的观察云南红药胶囊对股骨颈骨折术后股骨头坏死的发生及负重髋痛程度的影响。方法将股骨颈骨折切开复位空心螺钉内固定术后患者148例随机分为2组:对照组65例进行常规治疗;治疗组83例在常规治疗基础上,术后1周开始口服云南红药胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,连服27 d。2组患者均于术后0.5 a采用股骨头坏死诊断标准评定股骨头坏死发生率,术后1 a采用疼痛目测类比评分评定负重时的髋痛程度。结果148例患者均纳入结果分析。股骨头坏死发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组7例股骨头坏死患者中4例出现髋痛,疼痛评分(3.22±0.31)分;对照组16例股骨头坏死患者中13例出现髋痛,疼痛评分(6.07±0.56)分。2组疼痛评分比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论股骨颈骨折手术患者预防性服用云南红药胶囊,股骨头坏死的发生率降低,坏死后行走时髋痛的程度减轻。

Prophylactic of Yunnsn Hongyao capsules on femoral head necrosis after the operation of femoral neck fracture

Objective It is to observe the influence of Yunnan Hongyao capsules on the femoral head necrosis and the degree of weight loading-induced hip ache after the operation of femoral neck fracture.Methods After treatment with fixation using hollow screw,148 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(65 cases) was treated with routine treatment.Besides this,the treatment group(83 cases) was treated with Yunnan Hongyao capsules by oral administration from the first week after operation,3 pellets once and three times per day,totally for 27 days. The incidence of femoral head necrosis was assessed according to the diagnosis criteria in all the patients postoperative half a year,and degree of weight loading-induced hip ache was assessed using visual analogue scale(VAS) at 1 year after operation.Results All the 148 patients finished result analysis.The incidence of femoral head necrosis was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Hip ache was found in 4 out of 7 cases of femoral head necrosis in the treatment group,the score of VAS was(3.22±0.31)points.Hip ache was in 13 out of 16 cases of femoral head necrosis in the control group,the score of VAS was(6.07±0.56) points.The score of VAS was significant different between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Orally-taken prophylactic Yunnan Hongyao capsules can low down the incidence of femoral head necrosis in patients after the operation of femoral neck fracture,and relieve the hip ache when walking.
