加味六味地黄汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的研究

目的观察加味六味地黄汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为2组:治疗组40例采用加味六味地黄汤治疗,对照组30例采用强骨胶囊治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察临床疗效及治疗前后骨密度(BMD)、雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)、尿吡啶酚(PYD)等指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为90%,2组比较无显著性差异;2组治疗后BMD、E2无显著性改变,BGP明显升高,PYD明显降低。2组治疗后各项指标比较均无显著性差异。结论加味六味地黄汤可提高骨密度,改善临床症状,促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收,可用于防治绝经后骨质疏松症。

Study of added decoction of six drugs containing Rehmannia Root on osteoporosis after menopause

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of added decoction of six drugs containing Rehmannia Root on osteoporosis after menopause.Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(40 cases) was given added decoction of six drugs containing Rehmannia Root,control group(30 cases) was given Qianggu Capsule.Both the course of treatment were three months.Curative effect and the changes of indexes of bone mineral density(BMD),E2,bone gla protein(BGP),urine pyridine phenol(PYD) before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95%,and that in control group was 90%.Compared with each other,there was no significant difference.After treatment in the two groups,BMD,E2 didn't change obviously,but BGP rose up and PYD lowed down much.There was no significant difference in every index between the two groups.Conclusion Added decoction of six drugs containing Rehmannia Root can increase BMD,improve curative effect,promote bone formulation and inhibit bone absorption,so it can prevent and treat for osteoporosis after menopause.
