环颈七针治疗假性延髓麻痹的临床研究

目的探讨环颈七针治疗假性延髓麻痹的临床疗效。方法将160例假性延髓麻痹患者随机分为针刺组和对照组各80例,均予常规药物治疗,针刺组加用针刺颈颈部治疗。以吞咽功能、言语功能为主要观察指标,进行疗效观察。结果治疗后2组吞咽功能及语言功能均明显改善(P<0.05或0.01);且针刺组明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。总有效率针刺组85%,对照组40%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论环颈七针能够明显改善假性延髓麻痹患者吞咽和言语功能,减少假性延髓麻痹患者并发症的发生率,且针刺后无明显不良反应发生。

Study of nape needle acupuncture therapy on pseudobulbar palsy

Objective It is to approach the effect of nape needle acupuncture therapy on pseudobulbar palsy.Methods 160 cases with pseudobulbar palsy were randomly divided into needling group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases).Both groups received routine medication treatment,and needling group added nape needling.The main observing target as swallowing function and language function were observed.Results The swallowing function and language function were significantly improved(P<0.05 or 0.01);and there was significant difference between both groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).The total effective rate was 85% in needling group and was 40% in control group,there was significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nape needle acupuncture therapy can obviously ameliorate swallowing and language function of the patients with pseudobulbar palsy,and decrease the incidence of complication,while there is no apparent side-effect after acupuncture therapy.
