ET、NO和TNF-α在冠心病发病中的关系探讨

目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)和血浆内皮素(ET)在冠心病发病中的关系与临床意义。方法检测30例健康体检者与82例冠心病患者TNF-α、NO和ET的含量,并进行分析比较。结果与正常对照组比,冠心病患者TNF-α和ET均显著升高(P0.05或0.01),而NO显著降低(P0.05)。结论 TNF-α、NO和ET均参与冠心病的病理过程及发生发展,ET与其他两个指标存在相互联系、相互影响,三个指标水平的高低与病情轻重均呈现出一定的相关性。

Relationship among tumor ET, NO and TNF-α in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective It is to approach the relationship and clinical significance among tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nitrogen monoxidum(NO) and plasma endothelin(ET) in the pathological process of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The levels of TNF-α,NO and ET of 82 patients with CHD and 30 cases for health examination were detected.Results Compared with normal group,the levels of TNF-α and ET were distinctly increased in CHD patients(P<0.05 or 0.01),and the level of NO was distinctly decreased in it(P<0.05).Conclusion All targets of TNF-α,NO and ET join the pathological process of CHD,there is intercommunication and interaction between ET and other two targets,the levels of all targets show a certain relation with the patient's conditions.
