辨胆南星炮制“胆”与“南星”孰重

目的探讨胆南星炮制的重点是在胆还是在天南星。方法通过古代本草文献研究与实践操作。结果胆南星炮制的本意是以胆之苦,制南星之燥,且胆汁本身有镇惊之功,用于治疗痰热惊风之证。但是在炮制方法上出现两种观点,一是重在南星,以胆制燥,以姜解毒;一是重在胆,以南星收汁,功近牛黄。结论胆汁添加的比例不同,使胆南星的功效主治发生了变化,这与明清时期的过度炮制相关。

Comparison of the Importance of "Bile" and "Arisaema " in Processing of Arisaema Cum Bile

Objective To discuss the importance of "bile" and "arisaema" in processing of arisaema cum.Methods Through the literature research and practice of ancient Chinese materia medica.Results The original meaning of processing arisaema cum bile is to restrain the dryness of arisaema with the bitterness of bile,and the bile itself has the effect of relieving convulsion,which is used to treat the phlegmatic febrile convulsion.However,there are two opinions on the processing method,one is to focus on arisaema,which is restrained with bile for avoiding dryness and detoxified with ginger.Another is to focus on bile,which is concentrated with arisaema,finally its function is close to bezoar.Conclusion The different proportion of bile added changes the efficacy and indications of arisaema cum bile,which are related to the excessive processing in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
