石膏及白虎汤清热泻火功效的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究石膏的清热泻火药理作用。方法以干酵母及2,4-二硝基苯酚复制大鼠发热模型,对石膏、白虎汤、去石膏白虎汤,以及煅石膏和CaSO4?2H2O分别代替石膏入白虎汤的退热作用进行药效学观察,以证实石膏及白虎汤的清热功效;以伊文思蓝为指示剂,根据伊文思蓝在小肠内的推进率,观察单味石膏对小鼠肠蠕动的影响,以证实石膏促进肠蠕动的作用。结果对干酵母及2,4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠的发热,白虎汤有显著退热作用,;去石膏的白虎汤退热作用不明显,单味石膏、煅石膏或CaSO4?2H2O入方剂均无退热作用。单味石膏具有明显的促进小鼠肠蠕动的作用。结论石膏具有清热的功效,在复方中效果显著。单味石膏具有促进肠蠕动的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study clearing away heat and purging fire effects of Gypsum and Baihu Decoction. Methods Inducing pyrexia models by injecting yeast and 2,4 - dinitrophenol in rats to observe cleaing away heat effects in gypsum group(GG), Baihu Decoction group(BG), Baihu Decoction without gypsum group(WGG),anhydrite adding into Baihu Decoction instead of gypsum group(AIG) and CaSO4-2H2O adding into Baihu Decoction instead of gypsum group (CIG).Taking Evans blue as indicator to obverve enhancing intestina parva peristalsis effect of Gypsum on the basis of Evans blue propulsive rate in intestina parva.Resoults BG could obviously inhibit the fever induced by yeast and 2,4 - dinitrophenol LPS in rats.WGG could not obviously degrade temperature effect, it also had no effect on temperature increased in GG,AIG and CIG.Gypsum could obviously enhance intestina parva peristalsis.Conclusion Gypsum has significant cleaing away heat effect in the compound of Baihu Decoction.Gypsum has effect of enhancing intestina parva peristalsis.
