微乳薄层色谱定性鉴别蒲公英中黄酮类成分的研究

摘    要:目的建立蒲公英药材中黄酮类成分的微乳薄层色谱定性鉴别方法。方法以黄酮为目标成分,十二烷基硫酸钠-正丁醇-正庚烷-水组成的微乳体系为展开剂,对蒲公英提取物进行聚酰胺薄层层析,考察微乳液类型和酸度对分离效果的影响。结果以含水量70%微乳液-甲酸(9.0∶1.0)为适宜的展开剂,与常规展开剂相比,分离得到的斑点多,且斑点清晰、圆整。结论微乳薄层色谱对蒲公英黄酮类成分的分离效果较好,可用于蒲公英药材中黄酮成分的定性鉴别。

Abstract:Objective To establish the microemulsion thin-layer chromatography for identifying fl avonoids in Taraxacum Herb.Methods With the fl avonoids as target component,the samples were eluted by the developer of SDS / n-C4H9OH / n-C7H16 /H2O.The infl uence of the type of microemulsion and pH were investigated through polyacetamide thin-layer chromatography.Results The optimum developer of microemulsion contains 70% water- formic acid(9.0:1.0).Spots were clear and round comparing with the other developers.Conclusion The separation effect by microemulsion thin-layer chromatography was improved signifi cantly,the method can be used for the identifi cation of fl avonoids in Taraxacum Herb.
