山茱萸总有机酸含量的变化及测定

摘    要:目的 本文分析了山茱萸的总有机酸含量。方法 以容量法 (滴定法 )对不同产地及不同品种、同一品种不同生长时期、不同温度干燥的山茱萸总有机酸进行测定。结果 发现 13个样品 (9个品种 )山茱萸总有机酸的含量为 9.6 5 %~13.2 6 % ,不同品种的干品和鲜品有机酸含量不同 ,10月中旬总有机酸的含量最高 ,70℃干燥后总有机酸的含量最高。结论 产地不同、形态学各异的山茱萸总有机酸含量不同 ,同一品种不同生长时期、不同温度干燥 ,其含量也不同。此可作为确定山茱萸品种和优种选育、制订最佳加工方法的依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the total organic acid content of Macrocarpium officinale (Sieb.et Zucc.) Nakai. Method The total organic acid content of Macrocarpium officinale (Sieb.et Zucc.) Nakai from different places and varieties,and the same varieties but different growth time and different drying temperature were determined by Titration. Result The total organic acid contents in 16 samples(9 varieties)were from 9.65% to 13.26%. The organic acid content of sample picked in the middle ten days of October was highest;The organic acid content of sample dried at 70 ℃ was highest;The organic acid content of dried fruit of some varieties was higher than those of fresh fruit, other was not so. Conclusion The total organic acid contents of Macrocarpium officinale (Sieb.et Zucc.) Nakai are different, while those from the same varieties but different growth (picking) time and different drying temperature are different as well.
