河南信阳野菊花挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的分析河南信阳野菊花中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对野菊花挥发油的化学成分进行研究。结果河南信阳野菊花中挥发油共分离到43个组分,鉴定了其中的35个,占挥发油总量的97.5%。结论为不同产地野菊花挥发油评价提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical components of essential oil from Chrysanthemum indicum.Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation,and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC-MS.Results It was showed that 43 compounds have been found,and 35 of them have been identified,accounting for 97.5% of the total essential oil.Conclusion It provided the foundation for reasonable utilization and development of Chrysanthemum indicum.
