| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱获得枳实样品的色谱指纹图谱,利用k-均值聚类分析和主成份分析分析实验结果。结果表明不同产地枳实黄酮类化学物质存在明显差异,从而建立江西枳实的识别方法,为中药枳实的质量控制和药理研究提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | C18 ODS column and non-linear gradient of the mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile and 0. 05% phosphoric acid was used to analysis the flavonoids in collected Zhishi (Fructus aurantii immaturus) samples. The data were handled by K-means clustering methods and PCA. The results indicate that constitutes of authentic samples from Jiang Xi province are different other commercial ones. Then a method to discriminate authentic samples of Zhishi from other ones has been established. |
