| 摘 要： | 目的建立石花药材炮制品的质量控制标准。方法采用生药学法对其进行鉴定,并测定其杂质、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物的含量。结果对石花炮制品的药材性状、显微特征进行了描述;测定了水分、总灰分和浸出物的含量。结论较全面的考察了石花的各项质量指标,为制定石花炮制品的质量标准提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up the quality control standards of processed product of SHIHUA.Method Using the method of pharmacognosy to identification,and measuring contents of impurities,moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash content and extract.Result Describing the traits,Microscopic characteristics,and measuring contents of impurities,moisture,total ash and extract.Conclusion A thorough investigation with quality indexes,and provide evidence for make the processed products of SHIHUA quality standards. |
