摘    要:目的建立测定复方益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量的方法。方法采用TLCS法测定复方益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量,以正丁醇-盐酸-醋酸乙酯(4∶1.5∶0.5)为展开剂,反射双波长锯齿扫描(λS=510 nm,λR=700 nm)。结果盐酸水苏碱在2~16μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995;平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.3%。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,而且专属性强,可用于复方益母草颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the determination of Stachydrine hydrochloride in Fufang Yimucao Keli.Methods The contents of Stachydrine hydrochloride in Fufang Yimucao Keli was determined by TLC-scanning with a mixture of n-butanol-hydrochloric acid-ethyl acetate(4∶1.5∶0.5)as a developer and dual wavelength reflection sawtooth scanning was used(λ_S=510 nm,λ_R=700 nm).Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 2.0 ~16.0 μg for Stachydrine hydrochloride(r=0.999 5).The average recovery of standard addition was 98.2% and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible with a strong specificity,and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Yimucao Keli.
