中药乌梅超临界CO2萃取物中挥发性成分气质联用分析

摘    要:目的 分析超临界CO2流体萃取法提取的乌梅中挥发性化学成分.方法 采用超临界CO2萃取技术,加入无水乙醇作为夹带剂,萃取温度40℃,萃取压力35 MPa,循环萃取2h,提取乌梅中挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)计算机联用技术分离鉴定其中的化学组成,用归一化法测定其百分含量.结果 各成分分离度较好,乌梅超临界C...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the volatile components from dried plum extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE).Methods The chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS-DS under the conditions of extraction pressure 35 Mpa,extraction temperature 40 ℃ and extraction time 2 h.Results 48 components from dried plum were separated by SFE and identified by GC-MS,and the main constituents were 6-Octadecenoic acid(17.11%),n-Hexadecanoic acid(12.33%) and 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-Furancarboxaldehyde(10.68%).Conclusion The method established here was effective and feasible which was the base of high efficiency extraction,purification and industrialized preparation of the volatile components from dried plum.
