摘    要:目的为仙草资源的分子标记和仙草品种选育提供参考。方法采用克隆测序法,测定仙草3个品系的核糖体DNA-ITS序列。结果 3个仙草品系的ITS序列存在2个碱基差异,分别在ITS1区段的第355位和在ITS2区段的第578位。结论 3个仙草品系间既有差异又有较近的亲缘关系,序列结果已登录到NC-BI。

Abstract:Objective In order to provide a recommendable reference for the research on the molecular marker and breeding of Mesona chinensis Benth.. Methods The nuclear ribosomal DNA fragment was cloned and se- quenced. Results The results showed that ITS sequences of three different strains had two bases difference, 355 in ITS1 and 578 in ITS2, respectively. Conclusion A close relationship existed among the three strains of Mesona chinensis Benth. , and the rDNA ITS sequences obtained were submitted to GenBank.
