摘    要:目的对全国不同居群半夏进行初步的质量评价,为半夏品种选育提供科学依据。方法收集不同居群的半夏,以其有效成分(总有机酸)含量为评价指标,进行品种质量评价,以遴选出优良半夏品种。总有机酸含量(以琥珀酸计)采用电位返滴定法测定。结果不同居群半夏药材的总有机酸含量存在显著差异,有机酸含量以四川绵阳半夏最高。结论我国半夏种质参差不齐,要培育出优质半夏,需要通过各种人工方法对品质优良的半夏进行品种选育。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of Pinellia ternata from different populations and provide the scientific basis for using and exploiting resources of Pinellia ternata fully.Methods Collecting Pinellia ternata from different populations,choosing their active ingredient(organic acids) content as the indicators for the quality evaluation,selecting the excellent breed from them.Furthermore,adopting the method of Potentiometric Titration for the organic acid(with succinate).Results The contents of organic acid of Pinellia ternata from different populations are significantly different.Pinellia ternata from MianYang is higher than others on the content of organic acids.Conclusion It's necessary to create the breed of Pinellia ternata which gathers various advantages through some artificial methods.
