| 摘 要： | 目的定性、定量分析羌活挥发油成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱检测,通过化学计量学解析法对二维色谱/质谱数据进行解析,得到各组分的纯色谱曲线和质谱,从而实现对羌活挥发油成分的定性、定量分析。结果鉴定了52个羌活挥发油成分,占挥发油成分总含量的80.79%。结论羌活挥发油主要成分是2,6,6-三甲基-二环3.1.1]庚-2-烯(21.65%),6,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基-二环3.1.1]庚烷(19.06%),D-柠檬烯(4.46%),1-甲基-4-异丙基-1,4-环己二烯(3.74%),4-甲基-1-异丙基-3-环己-1-醇(3.47%)。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii(RsRN) qualitatively and quantitatively.Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),chemometric resolution method(CRM),and normalization methods were employed.Results Fifty-two volatile constituents were determined,accounting for 80.79% of total contents of volatile constituents of RsRN.Conclusion The main volatile compounds of RsRN are 2,6,6-trimethyl-Bicyclohept-2-ene(21.65%),6,6-dimethyl-2-methylene-Bicycloheptane(19.06%),D-Limonene(4.46%),1-methyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-1,4-Cyclohexadiene(3.74%),4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-3-Cyclohexen-1-ol(3.47%). |
