| 摘 要： | 目的通过对几种重楼属植物间同工酶的分析,了解不同种重楼在分子生化水平上的差异。方法采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对野外收集回的六种重楼的叶片进行过氧化物酶（POD）同工酶的测定比较。结果POD同工酶在不同种、变种或变型间存在差异。通过对差异的表现分析,用以进行比较的六种重楼间的亲缘关系与李恒先生在《重楼属植物》一书中对重楼属植物的分类相一致。结论重楼属内不同的类群常有很大的变异,利用同工酶分析技术,可以区分类群间及类群内不同种之间的内在差异大小,从而为重楼的鉴定、分类以及重楼的野生驯化提供一定的理论参考依据。
