三妙散对大、小鼠前列腺增生模型作用的实验研究

目的 :研究三妙散对实验鼠前列腺增生作用的影响。方法 :采用大、小鼠前列腺增生模型 ,观察三妙散对实验鼠的前列腺湿重、前列腺指数及血清 ACP和 E2 活性的影响 ;同时也观察三妙散对正常鼠尿量和免疫功能的影响。结果 :三妙散能明显降低实验鼠前列腺增生模型的前列腺湿重 ,降低前列腺指数及血清ACP(P<0 .0 1) ,抑制大鼠血清的活性 (P<0 .0 1) ,增强血清 E2 的活性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时能明显增加正常鼠的尿量 (P<0 .0 1) ,提高小鼠碳粒廓清速率和淋巴细胞转化率 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :三妙散具有较强的抑制实验鼠前列腺增生的作用 ,并具有较好的抗炎、利尿作用

Experimental Studies of Sanmiaoshan on Model Effects of Prostatic Hyperplasia in Mice and Rats

OBJECTIVE:To study effects of Sanmiaoshan on prostatic hyperplasia in experimental model of animals.METHODS:The wet weight of prostate,prostate index and the level of serum ACP,Zn,E 2 were investigated in the prostatic hyperplasia model,effects which Sanmiaoshan exerts as urine output and immune function were also observed in mice and rats,RESULTS:Sanmiaoshan could obviously decrease the wet weight of prostate in the prostatic hyperplasia model of mice and rats and the following were noted:a decrease in serum ACP,activity of Zn was inhibited (P<0.01),then activity of serum E 2 was enhanced (P<0.05).It was also found that the urine output had increased in the normal mice (P<0.01),the carbon clearance index and transformation rate of lymphocyte increased markedly in the normal rats.CONCLUSION:Sanmiaoshan was effective against as prostatic hyperplasia in model of mice and rats,and it was better as anti inflammation and diuretic action.
