| 摘 要： | 目的确定野葛块根和藤茎的最佳采收年限，为野葛的野生资源保护和规范化种植供理论依据。方法采用HPLC法测定不同生长年限的野葛块根及藤茎葛根素含量。结果一年生块根和藤茎葛根素含量均最低，分别为1．82％和1．25％；而五年生葛根和二年以上藤茎含量最高，分别为7．86％和3．02％。结论采收五年生的野葛块根入药和二年生以上藤茎较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the harvesting years of Pueraria lobata and provide scientific basis for protection of wild resources and planting of Good Agriculture Process(GAP).Methods Puerarin was determined by HPLC from different growth years of Pueraria lobata.Results For one-year old block-root and the vine of Pueraria lobata,the contents of puerarin were 1.82% and 1.25% respectively,but in the five-years old block-root and over two-years old vines,puerarin was the highest,reached to 7.86% and 3.02% respectively.Conclusion It was better as medicine on the growth of five-years old block-root and over the two-years old vine of Pueraria lobata. |
