| 摘 要： | 目的测定不同产地罗布麻叶中总黄酮的含量。方法以金丝桃苷为对照品,用分光光度法于510 nm处测定不同产地罗布麻叶中总黄酮的含量。结果安徽全椒产罗布麻叶总黄酮含量为1.25%,天津武清1.75%,陕西高陵1.34%,以天津武清产的药材含量最高。金丝桃苷在0~50.952μg.mL-1(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.1%。结论测定方法简便易行,准确可靠,可作为罗布麻叶总黄酮质量控制的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the contents of total flavonoids in Apocynum venetum L.from different regions.Methods Using hyperin as a reference substance,the total flavonoids in Apocynum venetum L.from different regions was determined by UV absorption wave at 510 nm.Results The contents of total flavonoids in Apocynum venetum L.from Quanjiao,Anhui was 1.25%;Wuqing,Tianjin was 1.75%;and Gaoling,Shanxi was 1.34%.Tianjin has the highest content.The linearity of hyperin was obtained within the range of 0 and 50.952 μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.1%.Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable.It can be used as a quality control method of total flavonoids of Apocynum venetum L. |
