Abstract:Objective To establish a TLC method and a HPLC method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Lysimachia erosipetala Chen et C.M.Hu. Methods By TLC and HPLC methods. TLC was used for the identification of the flavonoides. HPLC was used for the quantitative analysis of the two flavonoides. Result The linear range of quercetin was 0.081 6-0.571 2 gg ( RE = 0.999 4 ) , the average recovery was 101.8%, RSD--1.572 4% (n=6) ; The linear range of kaempferol was 0.069 6-0.487 2 μg (R2= 0.999 7 ) , the average recovery was 101.47%, RSD= 1.3211% (n=6). The content of quercetin was 0.419 1% and kaempferol was 0.08454%. Conclusion The total content ofquercetin and Kaempferol in Lysimachia erosipetala Chen et C.M.Hu is 0.5%, it is outclassed the standard of Lysimachia christinae Hance that set in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 English Edition.
