摘    要:目的考察4种醇溶性成膜材料的物理性质、成膜特性,探讨醇溶液型涂膜剂的适宜成膜材料。方法以乙醇为介质制成一定浓度的粘稠溶液,以一般性质、成膜性、膜韧性、附着性为指标,考察醇溶性成膜材料性质并进行综合评价。结果醇溶性成膜材料Ⅲ号、Ⅳ号丙烯酸树脂的一般性质、成膜性、膜韧性、附着性均较好,综合评价优。而聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30一般性质和成膜性好、附着性强、膜韧性差,综合评价一般。乙基纤维素的一般性质较好、成膜性好、附着较强、膜韧性差,综合评价差。结论Ⅲ号、Ⅳ号丙烯酸树脂可作为目前醇溶液型涂膜剂的首选成膜材料。

Abstract:Objectives To evaluate the physical properties of 4 ethanol-soluble filming materials for exploring appropriate filming materials of pellicles. Methods Different filming materials were dissolved in ethanol to form a series of sticky solutions for integrated survey the properties of film elongate times, film tenacity and adhesion. Results Acrylic resins III and IV were evaluated as superior in general properties, film forming ability, tenacity, and adhesion. Polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 and ethylcellulose were evaluated as good in general properties, film forming ability and adhesion, but it was inferior in tenacity. Conclusion Acrylic resins III and IV can be served as the first chosen ethanol soluble pellicular materials.
