摘    要:目的探讨从罗勒中提取挥发油的工艺。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法,运用正交设计,因素为萃取压力、温度和时间,萃取率为指标。结果最佳萃取工艺为压力16Mpa,温度45℃,时间2h。结论本法找出了罗勒挥发油超临界CO2萃取的最佳条件,对改良罗勒挥发油提取工艺具有较大意义。

Abstract:Objective Exploring extraction volatile oils technology from Ocimum basilicum L. Methods SFE-CO_2 was adopted, making use of orthogonal design with three factors of extraction as pressure,temperature, time,and with extraction efficieacy as markers.Rusults The optimum extraction condition for volatile oils was as follows:using16Mpa of pressure ,temperature at 45 ℃ and extracting time for 1.5 hr.Conclusion The experiment find the optimum extraction volatile oils condition that it is important to improving extraction technology of volatile oils from Ocimum basilicum L.
