板蓝根水提部位的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的从板蓝根水提部位中提取、分离化学成分。方法板蓝根水提取液经D101大孔树脂吸附,水和不同浓度乙醇液洗脱,30%乙醇洗脱部位经硅胶柱层析反复分离、纯化,测定所得化合物的物理常数和波谱数据,鉴定其化学结构。结果从板蓝根水提液30%乙醇洗脱部分暂时分得4个化合物,经鉴定分别为:3-吲哚乙酸(Ⅰ)、丁香苷(Ⅱ)、(+)-异落松脂醇(Ⅲ)、落叶松脂醇-4,4’-二-O-β-D-二葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为首次从板蓝根中分离,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ均为苯丙素类化合物。

Abstract:Objective To extract and isolate the chemical constituents from water extra of Radix Isatidis. Methods The Radix Isatidis water extract underwent adsorption by D101 macroporous resin , the portion eluted separately by water and ethanol of different concentrations. The part of 30% ethanol was isolated and purified on normal phase silica gel column repeatedly. The hysicochemical constants and the spectra datas of the obtained compounds were determined and their chemical constitutions were identified. Results Four compounds were separated from water extract of Radix Isatidis, were partly identified separately as: 3-indoleacetic acid( Ⅰ ),syringin( Ⅱ ), (+)-isolariciresinol(III), lariciresinol-4,4’-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( Ⅳ ). Conclusion For the first time,Compound Ⅰ was isolated from Radix Isatidis .Compound Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ were all phenylpropanoids.
