小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片改善妊高症高危患者凝血功能的研究

目的研究小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片对妊高症高危患者凝血功能的改善情况。方法将118名妊高症高危患者作为研究对象，随机分成治疗组（59例）和对照组（59例），治疗组从患者确诊开始给予小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片，50mg／d；对照组给予相同剂量的安慰剂，两组患者均至分娩前停止给药。比较两组患者中妊高征的发病率及凝血功能的变化。结果治疗组中13名患者出现妊高症，妊高症发病率为22．0％；对照组则有25名患者发生妊高症，发病率为42．4％，两组患者妊高症的发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组与治疗前相比，PT、APTT、TT均有所延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），血浆纤维蛋白原（Fib）和D-二聚体（D-D）显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前后凝血指标差异没有统计学意义。结论小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片在一定程度上能够降低高危患者妊高症的发生，并对其凝血功能有显著的改善作用。

Study on low-dose enteric aspirin tablet improving blood coagulation function of patients with high risk pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To investigate the effects of low-dose enteric aspirin tablet on improving blood coagulation function of patients with high risk pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH） syndrome. Methods Patients （118） with high risk PIH were randomly divided into treatment （59 cases） and control （59 cases） groups. Patients in the control group werepo administered with enteric aspirin tablet 50 mg/d, while the patients in the control group were given placebo until delivery. The incidence of PIH and changes of blood coagulation function were compared between the two groups. Results Patients （13） in the treatment group occurred PIH, and the incidence rate of PIH was 22.0%; while 25 patients occurred PIH in the control group, and the incidence rate was 42.4%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. PT, APTT, and TT of the treatment group were prolonged before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Fibrinogen （Fib） and D-dimer （D-D） values decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of coagulation indexes before and after the treatment in the control group was not statistically significant. Conclusion Low-dose enteric aspirin tablet could prevent the incidence rate of PIH, and have a significant role in improving the coagulation function.
