摘    要:过敏性紫癜 (HSP)属于免疫复合物 (IC)介导的全身性小血管炎。其确切的病因尚未完全明确 ,HSP发病机制与免疫异常和个体易患有关。现代医学治疗HSP尚无切实有效的药物 ,过去常用对症和糖皮质激素治疗 ,经回顾性研究发现其对改善皮肤紫癜和保护肾功没有作用 ,而且它不能缩短疗程、改善预后1 ] ,而中医药治疗HSP有很好的优势及前景。  HSP属于中医学的“血症”、“紫斑”、“尿血”、“痹证”、“腹痛”、“水肿”等疾病范畴。病理机制多与风热湿毒之邪 ,灼伤脉络 ,迫血妄行等因素密切相关 ,而瘀血内阻贯穿本病全过程。我…

Abstract:Objective:observing the effect of "Huaban" granule on REC function and CIC content of mouse with anaphylactoid purpura.Method:Animal model was made by gliadin per.So as antigene and reticuloendothelial system blocked with india-ink,indexes which reflected RES function such as k value,a value and CIC turbity were determinated respectively.Results:The preventive group of "Huaban" granule could enhance model mouses RES function and lower CIC content,this indicated the importance of early and whole cource administration.Conclusion:The mechanism of "Huaban" granule preventing anaphylactoid purpura maybe lowering CIC content and its local deposit by enhancing model mouses RES function and the produce of CIC antigene or the eliminating of CIC.
