| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定荜茇中胡椒碱含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(77∶23)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长343nm。结果:胡椒碱线性范围为0.04116~0.4116μg(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为103.2%,RSD为1.3%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish HPLC method for determine of Piperine in Fructus piperis longi. Methods ： Using ODS column, Methanol -Water （77： 23）as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1. OmL ·min^-1, wavelength of the detection was 343 nm. Results ： Liner range of Piperine was 0.04116 μg -0. 4116 μg （ r = 1. 0000） ; the recovery was 103.2% （ RSD = 1.3% ）. Conclusion ： This method is simple, rapid, accurate, highly sensitive and well reproducible. |
