花旗泽仁对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:观察花旗泽仁对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(Insulin ResistanceI,R)大鼠脂代谢的影响,探索花旗泽仁改善胰岛素抵抗的作用机制。方法:以复合脂肪乳连续灌胃配合双次腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法复制2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,造模成功后给予花旗泽仁进行干预,采用分光光度计比色法测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)的浓度。结果:花旗泽仁显著降低了血清TG、TC和FFA水平,差异显著(P0.01)。结论:花旗泽仁可通过降低2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清TG、TC、FFA水平而改善胰岛素抵抗时的高血脂状态。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of HQZR on the level of lipid metabolism in insulin resistance (IR) rats, and to discuss the mechanism of HQZR in ameliorating insulin resistance. Methods: We up the IRmodel in rats by oral administrating compound fat emulsion combining injecting small dose of STZ. We used different doses of HQZR to treat the IR rats compared with rosiglitazone. We observed the difference within each group on the side of lipid metabolism. Results:Compared with blank group, remarkably Triglyceride,to- tal Cholesterol and Free Fat Acid ascended( P 〈0.01 ) in model group; compared with model group, Triglyc- eride ,total Cholesterol and Free Fat Acid in serum fell(P 〈0.01 )in HQZR group. Conclusion:HQZR can a- meliorate lipid metabolism in IR rats.
