| 摘 要： | 目的:研究万寿菊的镇咳作用,为新药开发提供理论依据。方法:浓氨水引咳法研究万寿菊的药理作用;Bliss法测量它的LD50。结果:万寿菊各剂量均有镇咳作用,且具有剂量依赖性;万寿菊的毒性很小,难以检测。结论:万寿菊的镇咳作用明显,毒性很小。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the antitussive effect of Tagetes erecta L.and provied theoretical foundation for researching and developing a new drug.Methods:Researched the pharmacological effects of Tagetes erecta L.by means of nebulization with strong ammonia;Measured the LD50 of Tagetes erecta L.by the method of bliss.Results:1.All doses of extract of Tagetes erecta L.showed differently antitussive effect,and had dose-dependence;2.The toxicity of Tagetes erecta L.was small,scarcely measured.Conclusions:The antituss... |
