血脂康对不同证候类型CHD患者血脂及内皮细胞功能水平的影响

目的：观察血脂康对不同证候类型冠心病患者血脂水平和血管内皮功能的影响,以进一步明确其降脂作用.方法：随机选择4种冠心病常见证候类型各50例冠心病患者为治疗组,另随机选择了50例冠心病患者作为对照组,50名健康体检者作为健康对照组.对照组采用常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予血脂康治疗12周,观察两组治疗前后内皮素（ET-1）、一氧化氮（NO）和血脂水平变化.结果：冠心病心血瘀阻证和痰阻心脉证治疗组用药后各项血脂指标与用药前和对照组用药后相比都具有显著差异（P＜0.05）;冠心病心血瘀阻证和痰阻心脉证治疗组用药后血管内皮功能指标与用药前、对照组用药后相比都具有显著差异（P＜0.01）;冠心病心血瘀阻证和痰阻心脉证治疗组的心绞痛改善疗效和心电图改善疗效优于心阴亏虚证和心气亏虚证组（P＜0.05）.结论：血脂康对冠心病心血瘀阻证和痰阻心脉证患者总体治疗效果和血脂水平及血管内皮功能的改善效果优于心阴亏虚证和心气亏虚证冠心病患者,提示血脂康对冠心病标实证的患者要优于本虚证的患者.

Effects of Xuezhikang on the Level of Blood Lipid and the Function of Endothelial Cells in the CHD Patients with Different Syndrome Types

Objective：To observe the effect of Xuezhikang on blood lipid level and the function of vascular endothelial cells of CHD patients with different syndrome types,and to further clarify the lipid-lowering effect.Methods：Randomly select 50 cases from each of 4 kinds of coronary heart disease with common syndrome types as the treatment groups,and then randomly select 50 cases of CHD patients as the control group and select 50 healthy volunteers as the healthy control group.In the control group,the conventional treatments were used; in the treatment group,the Xuezhikang treatment had been given for 12 weeks on the basis of the conventional treatment,and to observe the changes of the levels of ET,NO and blood lepid before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results：There were significant differences in lipid indexes after the treatment between the treatment groups of the heart blood stasis syndrome and the phlegm blocking the heart vessel syndrome in the CHD compared with those before the treatment and those after treatment in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.There were significant differences in the indexes of the endothelial cell function after treatment between the treatment groups of the heart blood stasis syndrome and the phlegm blocking the heart vessel syndrome in the CHD compared with those before the treatment and those after the treatment in the control group（P ＜0.01）.The improvement of curative effects on the angina pectorals and the electrocardiogram in the treatment groups of heart blood stasis syndrome and phlegm blocking the heart vessel syndrome in the CHD was better than that in the groups of heart Yin deficiency syndrome and heart Qi deficiency syndrome （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The overall treatment effects and the improvement of the curative effects of Xuezhikang on the CHD patients with the syndrome of blood stasis or phlegm blocking heart vessel are better than those of CHD patients with the syndrome of heart Qi deficiency or heart Yin deficiency,which shows that the effects
