| 摘 要： | 通过回顾近3年的国内外有关临床路径的文献,从临床路径的构建、应用的广度及深度等方面,对国内外临床路径应用特点进行了总结。此外,对临床路径在肾病方面及中医方面的应用进行了初步探讨。结论:临床路径的构建应与最佳诊疗方案相结合,需通过多中心的预试验为临床路径提供推广应用的基础。并应加强随访及变异管理,使其不断优化。 |
